The bike you ride is a complex machine with hundreds of moving parts, it needs qualified, professional maintenance to keep it working.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our servicing and repairs, shown by the repeated custom and high numbers of recommendations that we receive. Now a Shimano Service Centre,our purpose-built workshop is staffed by CyTech-qualified technicians able to deal with any level of repair or custom assembly you require.

A Shimano Service Centre is a highly professional bike shop where you will always find the best quality and service. Each Service Centre has at least one bicycle mechanic who is trained (or in training) to the Government endorsed National Vocational Qualification in cycle mechanics.

Phil Hope, our chief technician, has over eight years experience in cycle maintenance.  Qualified to CYTECH Technical Level 2, he also holds a SEMTA Apprenticeship in Engineering
